Of course the answer is yes.

Mt 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh (looks) on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
The Bible - Book of Matthew - Chapter 5 - Verse 28

It does not take physical adultery
to be guilty of adultery.
Since you are guilty at least of just this one sin
you are a sinner.

We are not talking about whether you are a much worse sinner than the rest of us or not. All it takes to be a sinner is just one sin.
