Where is the proof that salvation is true

Is God Real?

I was told that when a person is saved ...
* all of their sins (past and future) were forgiven
* upon death that person would live forever with a loving God

I could not help but wonder,

"How can ALL sins be forgiven, when I don't even know what sins I am going to commit before dark?"

Also,

"Where is the PROOF of salvation and where is the PROOF that God even exists?"
